The visa is designed to cover various travel purposes, including tourism, business trips, family visits, and other personal engagements.
Visa Validity and Language Requirement
The single-entry tourist visa is valid for 90 days from the date of approval or issuance. Once this period expires, travelers must reapply from scratch. A key condition is that all application documents must be submitted in English, regardless of the applicant's country of origin or the language of their official records.
Required Documents for Application
Applicants must provide a recent passport-sized photograph along with their application. They also need to submit proof of hotel accommodation booked within Uganda or evidence confirming the status of their host during their stay.
