Recall that freight forwarders and clearing agents operating in Lagos ports recently protested against the increased service charges by shutting down offices of major shipping companies at Apapa. The Council emphasized that this directive is part of ongoing engagements with critical stakeholders to ensure fair competition, transparency, and sectoral stability.
