Lead City University Gears Up for Omoge Àsà Cultural Pageantry and Entrepreneurial Showcase

Scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2026, the event will take place at Adeline Hall on the university campus. It is expected to attract a diverse audience, including students, cultural enthusiasts, and dignitaries from across Nigeria. The day's activities will kick off with the Ojúde Cultural Extravaganza at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Omoge Àsà Cultural Pageantry at noon. Both segments are meticulously designed to promote indigenous culture and stimulate creative enterprise among the youth, fostering a deeper appreciation for Nigeria's rich traditions.
Distinguished Guests and Organisers
The programme will feature an impressive lineup of prominent personalities. Erelu Abiola Dosunmu Fernandez will serve as Chairperson and Royal Mother of the Day, adding a touch of royalty to the proceedings. Minister of Art, Culture and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, is billed as the Distinguished Guest of Honour, while Mr. Ayodele Olawande will attend as Special Guest of Honour.
