Held at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, the event was convened by Emmanuel Anabueze, founder of the Humanitarian Achievement and Outreach Foundation, with a primary aim of equipping young women with practical tools to thrive in an increasingly competitive environment.

Opening the conference, Prof. Rebecca Nnamani, Dean of Student Affairs, underscored the critical importance of structured platforms that actively support female advancement and student development.
