Former State Official Appeals for Continued Alumni Engagement

In a goodwill message, Mr. Foluso Daramola, former Secretary to Ekiti State Government and pioneer President of the alumni association, made an emotional appeal to all former students. He urged them to work relentlessly to maintain the association's revitalized momentum.

"For many years, I carried a quiet burden and concern that our Association remained largely inactive, despite repeated and sometimes desperate appeals for its revival," Mr. Daramola confessed. "It was a source of deep discomfort and sadness to me especially during my tenure as Commissioner for Education in Ekiti State whenever I attended reunions of other schools."

The former official emphasized that the association's revival should not be temporary but should become a permanent culture of support. "Our school deserves our consistent presence, our collective wisdom, and our unwavering support," he concluded.

  • Career guidance and mentorship sessions for current students
