University of Abuja Graduate Details First-Class Degree Strategy and School Fees Payments

A recent graduate of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has gone viral after sharing an in-depth account of his academic journey, including the exact amounts he paid in school fees from his first to final year. Wahab Abdullahi Ademola, who earned a first-class degree in Arabic studies, posted receipts and photos of his certificate and awards, sparking widespread discussion online.

Record-Breaking Achievements and Faculty Leadership

In an exclusive interview, Ademola explained that he is the first faculty president in the history of the Faculty of Arts to graduate with a first-class degree, a feat achieved over 38 years after the university's founding. He highlighted his strategy for success, which centered on strong determination, consistency, resilience, discipline, and smart study habits. "Achieving a first-class honours has been my aim and objective since when I got admission," he stated. "My strategy was built on understanding concepts deeply rather than memorising, and I practised past questions to get familiar with exam patterns."

Ademola also shared his cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.51, noting a minor issue where a 2-unit course was not recorded for him and all his coursemates due to a departmental problem. Despite this, he excelled academically while serving in leadership roles.

In his chat, Ademola offered practical advice to students aiming for similar success. "Stay consistent, disciplined, and goal-driven," he advised. "Don’t rely on last-minute reading; build a steady study habit and focus on truly understanding what you learn. Manage your time wisely and avoid distractions that can derail your progress." He emphasized the importance of seeking opportunities to make history and innovate, noting that his record as the first faculty president with a first-class degree made celebrations across the university environment particularly significant.
