Chris Brown's former partner, Diamond Brown, is pursuing physical and legal custody of their four-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond filed a paternity suit against the 36-year-old R&B singer last month.
In the filing, Diamond requests primary physical and legal custody of Lovely, while suggesting that Chris be granted visitation rights. The documents indicate that Lovely has resided with her mother at her Los Angeles home since birth. A voluntary declaration of paternity signed by Chris was included as an exhibit.
Additionally, Diamond seeks reimbursement for legal fees incurred in the case. The paternity suit was filed on April 3, just weeks before Chris confirmed the birth of a son with his current girlfriend, Jada Wallace.
In late April, Chris and Jada announced the arrival of their baby boy, their first child together and Chris's fourth overall. Chris is father to three children with three different women. He shares 11-year-old daughter Royalty with model Nia Guzman, 42, and six-year-old son Aeko with model Ammika Harris, 32, in addition to four-year-old Lovely with Diamond.
