Nollywood actress Didi Ekanem has made a strong statement that a married woman's infidelity is never justifiable, dismissing any public support or modern excuses used to defend the act. The actress took to social media to share her unfiltered stance on marital fidelity, emphasizing that cheating 'will never ever look good on you' as a woman. Her comments come amid ongoing public debates regarding modern relationship dynamics and retaliation cheating.

In a video shared online, Didi said: 'Don't stay in a marriage to cheat when you can simply walk away. As a woman, cheating will never ever look good on you no matter how people try to defend it. If I talk now, they will say it's because I am a single woman, you will not understand because you are not married.'
She continued: 'Cheating will never ever look good on a woman no matter how we look at it. So because your husband is cheating, you too you have to cheat? Now the story is out and it's making you look crazy. Nobody even cares about what the man was doing. The whole blame is on the woman. All the things you endured, all the things you went through in that marriage, everything you saw in that marriage, the shege you saw with a man who keeps malice… why did you have to endure so much to get to the point where you have to cheat? Why didn't you walk away when you started feeling uncomfortable in the marriage?'
Advice for Married Women
Didi added: 'I understand the concept of trying to make my marriage work? You don't have to endure to the point of losing yourself… If the marriage is no longer working, leave with dignity instead of destroying it. If the marriage is exhausting, walk away instead of making yourself look crazy.'
She clarified: 'I am not saying cheating looks good on men. I am just saying as a woman it will never look good on you to cheat in your marriage.'
