Queen Mercy Writes Open Letter to AMVCA After Viral Bread Outfit

Former Big Brother Naija star Queen Mercy Atang has written an open letter to Multichoice and Africa Magic following her unusual bread-inspired outfit at the 12th Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) held in Lagos, which went viral online. The entrepreneur expressed gratitude to the organisers for giving her visibility and for inviting her to the prestigious event.

Queen Mercy's Proposal for Entrepreneurs

In her letter, Queen Mercy explained that the AMVCA already hosts a cultural day and other special side events before the main award night. She suggested that the organisers should also organise a special evening dedicated to Nigerian entrepreneurs, where business owners can showcase their brands, creativity, and impact.

"Hello Multichoice @africamagic @multichoice_group An open letter to the platform that gave me visibility. I'm beyond excited to have made an appearance at the just-concluded AMVCA, and even more excited to see how business entrepreneurs have embraced this trend even before @tiannahsplacempire and I officially made it one," she wrote.

The former BBNaija housemate further proposed the idea of an "AMVCA Nigerian Entrepreneurs Night," describing it as a classy and inspiring addition to the award season. "Just a thought? since we already have the AMVCA Cultural Day and other special events before the main award night, would it be possible to create a special night dedicated to entrepreneurs in Nigeria to showcase their brands, creativity, and impact?" she asked.

Queen Mercy ended her note on a light-hearted tone, saying she would pray about the idea. "Imagine AMVCA Nigerian Entrepreneurs Night. Massive, classy, and inspiring. Let me go home and pray on it ooo," she added.
