Indomie Palooza launched in Abuja on Saturday, September 12, with live performances, games, and creative Indomie food combinations, marking the start of a nationwide tour that will visit Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and Lagos. The event, themed “Where Moments Meet Fun,” brought together music, games, entertainment, and interactive experiences for attendees.
Abuja Event Highlights
The Abuja edition featured a packed afternoon of activities, including performances from popular Nigerian music acts. Attendees explored unique Indomie dishes such as Indomie Chicken Pepper Soup, Indomie Asun, Indomie & Nkwobi, Indomie Africana, and Indomie Gizdodo, alongside surprises and opportunities for audience participation.
Ice Prince, the Jos-born hip-hop star known for “Oleku,” delivered a high-energy set that had fans singing and dancing. His performance was a standout moment, drawing on his catalogue that helped shape Nigeria’s modern hip-hop scene. Spyro, the Afrobeats artist behind “Who’s Your Guy?”, also performed, keeping the crowd moving with his popular tracks. Boyskido added to the lineup with his youthful sound, giving attendees another reason to celebrate.
Interactive Fun and Games
Beyond the stage, the event featured interactive games, dance competitions, giveaways, and food activities. Dance competitions drew participants from the crowd, with winners receiving Indomie prizes. The venue was filled with families, young people, and entertainment enthusiasts, creating a lively atmosphere designed for active participation.
Next Stops and Grand Finale
Following Abuja, Indomie Palooza will head to Port Harcourt on September 19 and Ibadan on September 26. The tour will culminate in Lagos on October 3 and 4 with a two-day grand finale celebrating World Indomie Day. Each stop is expected to feature its own local energy and musical acts.
