The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA) has officially declared Dr. Adebowale Adedokun, the Director-General of the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), as the recipient of its prestigious 2026 Human Rights Award in the Good Governance category. In a detailed statement released from Abuja, HURIWA explained that the decision to confer this award on Dr. Adedokun was the result of a rigorous internal nomination process.
