Among the victims were Yaron and Ilana Moshe, an elderly couple who died when a cluster munition struck their home in Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv. Emergency responders confirmed the fatalities after reaching the scene in the early hours, discovering the couple alongside a walking aid that underscored their vulnerability during the attack.
A senior police official revealed the tragic circumstances: "Apparently they didn't manage to get to the safe room. They were just metres from it when the missile hit." The strike caused extensive structural damage to the building, with debris scattered across the area and a visible hole in the ceiling of the Moshe's apartment.

Authorities reported that several locations were struck during the overnight bombardment, with at least four distinct waves of missile fire recorded. Police and bomb disposal teams were deployed to different impact zones across the Tel Aviv district as emergency services worked to contain the damage.
Residents described scenes of panic and destruction following the explosions. Chen Amir, a neighbor of the Moshe family, recounted: "I heard the boom. I opened the door, and there was smoke everywhere. I saw damage; there were cracks in all the walls, and the cupboards were blown down."

The strikes affected key infrastructure across central Israel, including damage to platforms at a major rail station in Tel Aviv that forced a temporary suspension of train services nationwide.
