The nightlife entrepreneur was seeking the party's ticket for the House of Representatives ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a viral video circulating online, Cubana Chiefpriest addressed his supporters. He insisted that he had no regrets contesting for the position, stating that hustling and taking risks have always been part of his life journey. However, he admitted that one thing deeply hurt him: trusting some elders in the community despite the support and generosity he claimed to have shown them over the years.
He said: "I'm a hustler, and I didn't regret trying to contest for a position. My only regret was trusting the elders in the community. I know how much I gave them, but only 14 people voted for me in the primary."
