He noted significant progress in clearing inherited arrears and implementing welfare initiatives aimed at improving living conditions for both civil servants and pensioners. Retirees have specifically benefited from the ₦25,000 pension award and access to free healthcare through the Osun Health Insurance Scheme (OHIS). Workers continue to enjoy policies designed to boost their well-being and productivity.
