A man who claims he lost everything while supporting the All Progressives Congress (APC) has stormed the party's national secretariat, demanding a reward or death. The man carried a banner reading: 'All Progressives Congress (APC) reward me or k!ll me.'
Man's Sacrifices for APC
According to the man, he sold his house and spent over N30 million supporting the APC during the 2023 general elections. He stated, 'I'm a party man and not a lunatic. I have lost so much for the party. I am depressed and my health is affected.' He further claimed that his wife has died and he is now homeless. He added that he does not know where his children are after dropping them off with 'the CSO at APC' because he cannot afford to care for them.
Reaction from Bystanders
When bystanders asked him, 'Who sent you?' while he listed his sacrifices, he gestured to his APC t-shirt featuring faces of APC politicians and replied, 'See the people wey send me.' The incident has sparked reactions on social media.
