A female student has been found stabbed to death in her boyfriend's house in Warri, Delta State, after making a frantic phone call to friends saying her boyfriend was harming her. The incident has sparked outrage and grief among her friends and the community.

According to friends of the deceased, the victim called them in panic to report that her boyfriend was harming her. When they tried to call her back, she did not answer. The boyfriend was also contacted but allegedly claimed his girlfriend was not with him.

The friend who received the call took to X (formerly Twitter) to express her anguish: "She called me. She called me when he started k!lling her and I couldn't do anything. Ahh." She added: "Adedamola has k!lled my friend. Ade has k!lled my baby."

Discovery of the Body

The victim was later found in her boyfriend's living room, lying in a pool of her own blood. She had been stabbed multiple times. Another friend wrote: "I cannot get the image of her on the floor blood everywhere away from my head. This is actually insane."

The suspect, identified as Adedamola Michael Oyewole, has been arrested and detained by the police. Authorities are investigating the circumstances leading to the tragic death.
