Nigerian lecturer Uche Ike has sparked controversy by claiming that married male lecturers who are denied sex at home are more likely to pursue female students. He made the remarks in a Facebook post on Tuesday, August 19, 2026, while introducing his wife of eight years.
Lecturer Blames Wives for Husbands' Infidelity
Ike described his wife as a submissive, godly, and sumptuous woman who satisfies him three times daily. According to him, any woman married to a lecturer should remember that her husband meets young, attractive female students at school every day. He stated that it is wrong for a wife to starve a young, handsome lecturer of sex and then expect him not to look at female students.
“This is my wife and I am not shamed to post her. We have been married for 8 years now and we are blessed with 4 kids,” he wrote. “As a lecturer, I do not think there will be any need to run around little girls in school when I have this my sumptuous baby. Young, fine, submissive, godly and egusi baby. Three times in a day. Vitamin syrup. Asabenzene.”
Wives with 'Timetables' for Sex Criticized
Ike argued that even a man married to a very attractive woman may still sleep around because some wives do not submit to sex when required. He criticized a friend whose wife allegedly maintains a timetable for sexual submission, calling it nonsense. “I know of a friend who is always complaining that his wife has a timetable for kuntus submission. What kind of nonsense is that?” he wrote.
He advised women married to lecturers to stay vigilant, noting that their husbands interact with young, fine ladies daily at school. “It is wrong to leave a young handsome lecturer starving and expect him not to look at female students. Let's not deceive ourselves here. Not all men are strong to withstand sexual tension. Some fall easily,” he said.
Call for Consistent Marital Intimacy
Ike concluded by urging wives to deliver sex regularly, arguing that a satisfied husband will have no reason to chase after female students. “Deliver kuntus and he will have no reason to chase after departmental kuntus. Did I make any sense at all?” he asked. The post, shared by Linda Ikeji at 1:18 PM on August 19, 2026, has drawn mixed reactions online, with some supporting his views and others condemning them as justifying harassment.
