Doris Ogala Alleges Pastor Chris Okafor Used Church Account for $60k Fraud
Doris Ogala Accuses Pastor Chris Okafor of Fraud

In a dramatic new development, a fresh clip from a podcast interview featuring Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has surfaced, containing serious allegations against popular cleric, Pastor Chris Okafor. The video, recorded before Ogala's own alleged arrest, reveals claims of financial fraud and international police intervention.

Explosive Allegations of Fraud and Church Account Misuse

During her appearance on the KAA Truth podcast, Doris Ogala made a bold accusation against the pastor. She alleged that Pastor Chris Okafor used his church's bank account to receive money on behalf of individuals involved in fraudulent activities. According to Ogala, a specific transaction of $60,000 was paid into the church account.

The actress provided a detailed narrative, stating that an agreement was initially made for Pastor Okafor to receive a ten percent commission from the sum. However, she claimed that after the money was successfully transferred, the pastor reneged on the deal and allegedly collaborated to withhold the full amount from the parties involved. This action, she said, prompted the aggrieved individuals to report the matter to the International Criminal Police Organization, commonly known as Interpol.

How Ogala Claims She Stopped an Interpol Arrest

The most startling part of Ogala's account involves her role in preventing the cleric's arrest. She narrated that after the fraudsters reported the case, Interpol initiated an invitation for Pastor Okafor. Faced with the prospect of arrest, the pastor reportedly panicked and reached out to Ogala for help.

"He called me and said, 'Call your Oga, they want to embarrass me,'" Ogala recounted in the podcast clip. She asserted that she then leveraged her connections to intervene in the situation. "I had to call people I know to help intervene and stop the arrest from happening. That was how they stopped it," she stated emphatically. Ogala further challenged the public to verify her claims, mentioning a contact named Omaka at the Nigerian Cybercrime Centre (NCCC) as the person handling the case.

Online Reactions and Calls for Evidence

The resurfaced clip has ignited a firestorm of reactions across Nigerian social media platforms. Many netizens have taken to the comment sections to express their views, with a significant number urging the actress to provide concrete evidence to back her serious claims.

Dennis Osamudiamen Eghobamien questioned the timing of the revelations, suggesting a personal motive: "If the marriage plan went your way, will you come out to say all these?"

Another user, Hope Angba, commented succinctly: "He for just marry her in peace," alluding to rumored past relations between the actress and the pastor.

However, some comments called for a proper investigation regardless of Ogala's motives. Hon Okupevi Mauyon Hezekiah noted: "Even if she's speaking out of frustration, pain, agony and bitterness, I'd still suggest the authorities to pick her and Okafor up for questioning. Okafor can't go down alone if these allegations are true because Doris must have been an accomplice too."

This incident is not the first time Ogala has publicly targeted Pastor Chris Okafor. In a previous segment from the same podcast, she had called on the Department of State Services (DSS) to investigate the altar at his church, hinting at hidden secrets. The ongoing feud also includes a prior episode where Ogala shared a private image of the pastor, which he and his new wife subsequently addressed online.

The situation remains unresolved, with the public awaiting any official response from Pastor Chris Okafor or law enforcement agencies regarding these grave allegations of fraud and the alleged Interpol involvement.
