Nationwide Manhunt Launched for Brutal Murder Suspect
The Ghana Police Service has initiated an intensive nationwide search for a suspect, Mark Agingre, following his alleged involvement in a horrifying sequence of violent murders that have shaken the Binduri District and surrounding communities in the Upper East Region.
In an official statement released on Saturday, November 8, 2025, the authorities announced a substantial cash reward for information leading to the capture of the fugitive.
Ghastly Crimes and a Hefty Reward
The police are seeking Agingre in connection with an exceptionally brutal incident on 7th November 2025, where a man, his wife, and their three children were murdered. The attack left another child in critical condition, now receiving treatment at the Bolgatanga Government Hospital.
Investigators also suspect his involvement in an earlier tragedy. "He is further suspected of k!lling an elderly man and his two children on 27th October 2025 at Binduri," the police statement revealed.
According to the police, preliminary investigations indicate that he may be behind several other targeted k!llings in the area, marking him as a significant threat to public safety.
To expedite his arrest, the police have earmarked a reward of One Million Ghana Cedis (GH₵1,000,000.00) for any member of the public who provides relevant and credible information that directly results in his apprehension.

The Ghana Police Service is urgently appealing to the public for assistance. Anyone with credible information on the whereabouts of Mark Agingre is strongly urged to contact the nearest police station or call the emergency numbers 191 or 18555 immediately.
