In a statement released on Saturday, Acting Director of Army Public Relations, Colonel Appolonia Anele, explained the circumstances surrounding his detention. According to the military, Justice Crack's recent social media posts, which highlighted soldiers' complaints about feeding and welfare, exceeded the boundaries of legitimate advocacy.
The Army alleged that further investigation revealed his interactions were designed to sow discontent and promote rebellion among troops. The case has drawn significant public attention, with many calling for transparency in the legal proceedings.

Footage from the courtroom shows Justice Crack appearing before the judge as charges were read. The court has yet to set a date for the next hearing. His legal team has maintained his innocence, arguing that his actions were protected under freedom of speech.
