KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, has been indicted by a grand jury in Georgia over allegations of sexual assault, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
Seven Charges Filed Against Teenager
The teenager faces seven charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment. The charges stem from allegations involving a victim under the age of 16 on April 23.
Arrest and Allegations
KJ was arrested in August after a female classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her at a fitness centre in Alpharetta, Georgia. The arrest followed an investigation into the incident, which reportedly occurred at the fitness centre.
Denial and Family Response
KJ has denied the allegations through his lawyer, who maintains that the teenager is “100% innocent.” His mother, Zolciak, has also described the allegations against her son as “reckless and deeply troubling.” The legal process will continue as the case proceeds through the court system, with the grand jury's indictment marking a significant step in the proceedings.
