Shalbal Yusuf, a resident of Matadangwoni Village in Auna District, Magama Local Government Area, reportedly caught his wife with Lusha Alhaji Washa, also known as Muyaye, in the early hours of Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. when Yusuf discovered the two together, leading to an immediate confrontation between the men.
During the altercation, Yusuf allegedly attacked the 30-year-old Washa with a machete, inflicting severe injuries to critical areas of his body.

The severely injured man was quickly transported to General Hospital in Auna for emergency medical treatment.
