The police have indicated that the case will be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCIID) in Abeokuta for further investigation. This step is part of standard procedures to gather evidence and build a case for likely prosecution. Authorities are treating the matter with seriousness, emphasizing the need to address violent crimes in the community.
