The charges, mostly felonies, were lodged against 37-year-old Nicholas Allen Spencer, who was taken into custody and transferred to Clearfield County Prison on Tuesday.

Court records show Spencer faces thousands of charges, including rape, rape threats, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, forcible compulsion, and threats of forcible compulsion.
