The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has confirmed the accident involving music promoter and socialite Sam Larry on the Lagos-Calabar coastal road. The crash occurred in the early hours of Saturday, July 4, 2026, when the vehicle carrying Sam Larry collided with a trailer, according to agency spokesperson Adebayo Taofiq.
Taofiq verified the incident to TheCable Lifestyle but stated that officials could not confirm the identities of the victims at the scene. He noted that LASTMA personnel were deployed to evacuate the injured and clear the roadway for other motorists.
