The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Moin, a Class XII student from Shahpur Nangli village in Nuh. His friends, Mohammad Shaad and another companion who was operating the camera, sustained severe injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment at a government hospital in Mandi Khera.
According to police reports and video evidence from the scene, the teenagers were walking along the shoulder of the expressway while filming a reel. They were posing with energy drinks, completely engrossed in their performance and distracted by the camera. Tragically, they failed to notice a speeding truck approaching from behind.

The truck, which was reportedly attempting to overtake another vehicle, suddenly veered toward the shoulder and struck the teenagers at high speed. The impact was so powerful that it threw the boys several feet into the air. Bystanders who witnessed the accident immediately rushed the injured teenagers to the nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced Moin dead upon arrival.
Subhash Chand, the Station House Officer of Sadar Ferozpur Jhirka police station, confirmed that the truck driver fled the scene immediately after the collision. Police have launched a comprehensive investigation and are actively searching for both the unidentified truck and its driver.
