Zenith Bank reassured customers that its banking services and digital channels remain secure and fully operational. As a precautionary measure, the bank advised customers to remain alert to potential phishing attempts and other forms of social engineering. The bank specifically warned: "As a precaution, we encourage our customers to remain vigilant against phishing emails, text messages, or phone calls, and never to disclose their password, PIN, One-Time Password (OTP), or other security credentials to anyone."
