According to reports, the bandits intercepted the victims along their route and took them into captivity. They have been held by their captors for more than three weeks, with the situation escalating as the bandits demand a ransom of N8 million.

Ransom Demand and Ultimatum Issued

The bandits have issued a four-day ultimatum for the payment of the ransom, starting from Saturday. This development adds urgency to the case, highlighting the ongoing security challenges in the region.
