Lady Recounts Terrifying Flood Experience in Lagos

A lady has shared her frightening experience after getting trapped in floodwaters in Lagos, warning people against assuming such situations could never happen to them.

The Terrifying Ordeal

According to her, she was already close to her destination after entering a keke (tricycle) when the flooding suddenly worsened and the vehicle stopped in the middle of the water, leaving her with no easy way out.

She said her biggest fear was electrocution, while people around also warned about holes in the water, forcing her to carefully follow people who looked familiar with the route.
