The Lagos State Police Command has issued an urgent appeal for public assistance to reunite an 83-year-old man, Mr. Oriowo Gabriel, with his family. The elderly man was found by a compassionate member of the public and subsequently taken into protective custody at the Ipaja Division, where he is currently safe and well cared for.
Police Efforts to Trace Family Unsuccessful
According to a statement from the command, police have made concerted efforts to locate Mr. Gabriel's relatives using the addresses he provided. However, these attempts have been unsuccessful, as officers visited the addresses but found no one who could identify or locate his family members.

The command humbly appeals to anyone who knows Mr. Oriowo Gabriel or has any information that could assist in reuniting him with his family or loved ones. The public is urged to contact the DPO of Ipaja Division at +234 803 799 3827.
