Man Arrested in Delta for Selling Friend's Motorcycle

John Keba has been arrested in Ika Local Government Area of Delta State for attempting to sell his friend's motorcycle. The Owa Youth Vigilante (OYV) recovered a suspected stolen DayLong motorcycle and handed the suspect to the Police at the Owa-Oyibu Divisional Headquarters for further investigation.

Suspect Confesses to Taking Motorcycle from Friend

According to the vigilante group, the suspect allegedly confessed that he took the motorcycle from his friend in Uromi, Edo State, and had been using it for commercial Okada business in Agbor. He was reportedly arrested while attempting to sell the motorcycle without any ownership documents.

Vigilante Group Acts on Credible Intelligence

The Chief Security Officer of the Owa Youth Vigilante, Comrade Jerry Okonta, said the operation followed credible intelligence. He added that efforts are ongoing to trace the rightful owner of the motorcycle. The Owa Youth Vigilante also urged youths to stay away from crime and embrace lawful means of livelihood.
