Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has praised the surveillance missions conducted by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), stating that they have provided invaluable intelligence to ground troops combating terrorism in the region.
Makinde made this statement on Friday, June 5, following a courtesy visit from a delegation led by Air Officer Commanding Logistics Command, Abubakar Abdul Suleh, who represented the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke.

The governor also reiterated details about the N7.7 billion surveillance aircraft procured by his administration, which is currently stationed at the NAF base in Lagos.
