PUBG MOBILE Unveils Version 4.3 Update for Milestone 8th Anniversary
PUBG MOBILE, a globally acclaimed mobile game, has officially launched its Version 4.3 Update, marking a significant milestone as the game celebrates eight years of operation. This extensive update, running from March 12 to May 10, 2026, introduces a host of new features, gameplay enhancements, and global community events designed to honor the game's evolution and dedicated player base.
New Gameplay Features and Themed Mode
At the core of the Version 4.3 Update is the Evolving Universe themed mode, which transforms classic battlegrounds like Erangel, Livik, and Miramar with cosmic elements. Players will encounter revamped urban areas, spacetime distortions, dynamic rail mechanics, and innovative racing gameplay. Additionally, the update introduces parachute challenges for rewards, five new passive skill specializations, and an Energy Rank system (Rank C, B, A, or S) that unlocks Temporal Vaults containing themed loot, adding depth and personalization to the gaming experience.
Anniversary Celebrations and Exclusive Rewards
To commemorate its 8th Anniversary, PUBG MOBILE has introduced the brand concept "For Every #1," celebrating individual player journeys and milestones. Starting March 12, players gain exclusive early access to "LEAN (PUBG MOBILE 2026 Theme Song)" by OneRepublic. The update also offers time-bound rewards, including the RPA18 Royale Pass available from March 15 to May 15 at a discounted price of 60 UC (down from 720 UC), with total rewards valued up to 80,000 UC.
Anniversary events are scheduled across key dates:
- March 12: Mythic Forge Anniversary Event with up to 50% discounts.
- March 13: Special Collaboration Set launch.
- March 20: Themed frames and avatars release.
- March 27: Exclusive login rewards and a special anniversary show.
Players can also collect card sets to unlock milestone items, such as a free upgradable Splendid Assault firearm finish and exclusive Holo Cards.

On March 27, the flagship 8th Anniversary Carnival will take place at the Grand Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, featuring music, esports, and live performances. As the celebrations conclude, PUBG MOBILE will spotlight competitive gaming in Africa with the PMGO Africa Finals on May 9–10, 2026. Top teams will compete for a $22,000 prize pool and an opportunity to make their mark on the global stage.
