Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer has firmly reiterated that the club will not sell Michael Olise for any amount during the current summer transfer window. The German giants have made it unequivocally clear that they consider the French winger untouchable, signaling that even massive, record-breaking transfer proposals will be categorically rejected.
Long-Term Contract Without Release Clause
Olise is currently tied to a long-term contract that runs until 2029, and notably, the deal includes no release clause. Speaking to Bild, Hainer emphasized that the player is not for sale, despite reported interest from Real Madrid. “Michael Olise is a Bayern Munich player, and he is on a long-term contract. We are not a selling club,” Hainer stated. He added, “If Florentino Pérez wishes to make us an offer – which has not been the case so far – he can save himself the trouble, not even for €150m or more.”
Outstanding Season Performance
Olise enjoyed a standout season for Bayern Munich, scoring 15 goals and providing 20 assists in 32 Bundesliga appearances. His exceptional performances earned him the Bundesliga Player of the Season award. His creativity, technical ability, and long-range finishing played a key role in the club’s domestic and European campaigns, making him an indispensable asset for the team.
The club’s firm stance underscores their commitment to retaining top talent and building for the future, with Olise considered a cornerstone of their plans.
