During the presentation ceremony in Abuja, NCAA Director-General Chris Najomo highlighted the approval as a significant milestone, noting the airline's entry as a woman-led operator. The regulator confirmed that Binani Air received its AOC for domestic scheduled flights, although the airline has yet to publicly disclose its scheduled flight operations. This certification follows the airline's earlier AOC for non-scheduled services, which it has held since July 2024.

Fleet and Operational Details

According to industry data, Binani Air's fleet includes two Embraer E170 aircraft, previously operated by EgyptAir Express, which are currently stored in Abuja. The airline also owns a Hawker 800XP business jet used for domestic charter services. These aircraft have been deployed on charter routes connecting key cities such as Abuja, Lagos, Ilorin, Jos, Maiduguri, Warri, Akure, and Minna, showcasing the airline's initial operational reach.
