Nigeria has signed a Letter of Intent with the African Development Bank (AfDB) as part of renewed efforts to strengthen aviation development and infrastructure across Africa. The agreement was signed by the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, on behalf of Nigeria during a high-level dialogue session with AfDB President and African governors in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.
