UAE Publishes Official Visit Visa Fee Schedule
The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) has released an official breakdown of fees for visit visa applications in the UAE. The schedule details every charge from application to issuance, providing clarity for foreign travellers planning visits in 2026.
According to the published schedule, applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of 100 AED (N37,020.29) and a smart service fee of 100 AED (N37,020.29) at submission. This baseline cost totals 200 AED (N74,040.58) before visa type selection.
Single and Multiple Entry Charges Detailed
The issuance fee for a single-entry visit visa valid for one month is 100 AED (N37,020.29), while the multiple-entry equivalent for the same duration costs 200 AED (N74,040.58). Financial guarantee fees constitute the largest portion of total costs.
A single-entry financial guarantee is 1,000 AED (N370,202.90), and the multiple-entry financial guarantee is 2,000 AED (N740,405.80). An additional financial guarantee deposit fee of 20 AED (N7,404.06) applies to both categories.
Total Costs for Travellers
For a single-entry visit visa, the combined total is 1,320 AED (N488,667.83), covering application fee, smart service fee, issuance fee, financial guarantee fee, and deposit charge. For multiple-entry, the cumulative total is 2,420 AED (N895,891.02), reflecting higher issuance and financial guarantee costs.
The ICP's fee schedule serves as a standardised reference for individuals and sponsors planning UAE travel, ensuring all applicable charges are transparent upfront. This publication follows the UAE's earlier announcement of Non-Working Residence Permit categories for 2026, which includes students, remote workers, retirees, and real estate owners, as reported by Legit.ng.
