His career also includes senior leadership positions at Africa World Airlines (AWA) in Ghana, where he held the role of Head of Commercial. Additionally, he served as Head of Business Intelligence & Strategy at EAN Aviation Limited, further solidifying his background in aviation management.

Earlier in his career, Olawuyi held multiple roles at Air Nigeria (formerly Virgin Nigeria Airways), gaining valuable experience in:

Olawuyi holds an Executive Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. He also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan.
