Powell Homes Rewards Top Realtors with Cars at Enugu Year-End Event
Firm Gifts Cars to Top-Performing Realtors in Enugu

In a grand gesture of appreciation, Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd has presented two brand-new cars to its highest-performing real estate agents during a special end-of-year celebration. The event, which took place at the International Conference Centre in Enugu, was designed to honour excellence and unwavering dedication within the company's network.

Mama G Commends Integrity and Value Delivery

The ceremonial handover of the vehicle keys was performed by the company's brand ambassador, revered Nollywood icon Patience Ozokwor, popularly known as "Mama G." She praised both the award recipients for their hard work and the company for its principled operations. Ozokwor emphasized that Powell Homes and Shelters is a trustworthy brand that provides genuine peace of mind to property investors.

"You can depend on them without worry," she stated. "Any property you buy from Powell Homes and Shelters belongs to you. Everything is sorted out. All the stress people usually face when acquiring land is completely taken care of." She added that her long-standing public career advocating for virtues aligns with brands that uphold trust, a standard she believes the real estate firm consistently meets.

CEO Highlights Raised Stakes and Competitive Culture

Speaking at the ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Powell Homes and Shelters, Dr Onyekachi Emmanuel, explained that the reward initiative is a core part of the company's strategy to motivate its realtor network and foster healthy competition. He revealed a significant detail about the 2025 edition: the performance benchmark to qualify for a car was intentionally increased, yet several agents still met the heightened target.

"In this year’s event, what stands out is that even though we increased the stake required to win car gifts, people still qualified," Dr Onyekachi noted. "If we had maintained the previous performance benchmark, we would have given out more vehicles." He outlined that the company's reward culture, sustained for the past two years with biannual events, includes valuable items like refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, and iPhones alongside the major car prizes.

Winners Express Gratitude and Renewed Commitment

The two realtors who drove away with the new cars, Mrs Njideka Chinonso and Mrs Eze Victoria Rose, were elated. In their remarks, they thanked the company's management for recognising their sales achievements. They described the lavish reward as a powerful motivator that has deepened their loyalty and commitment to the Powell Homes brand, which they said excellently rewards diligence.

This latest presentation brings the total number of vehicles awarded by Powell Homes and Shelters in 2025 to seven. The event underscored the company's focus on delivering superior property value and its commitment to building a rewarding partnership with its sales force, setting a notable example in Nigeria's competitive real estate sector.
