Mrs. Nella Andem-Ewa is a seasoned lawyer and corporate governance expert with extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors. She has held senior roles at leading law firms and regulatory bodies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission. Her appointment bolsters the board's legal and compliance capabilities.
