According to the statement, Ogefere has over 15 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and secretarial practice. She previously served as Deputy Company Secretary at PZ Cussons since 2022, where she played a key role in board governance and regulatory compliance.
Background and Qualifications
Oghenekevwe Ogefere holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Lagos and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the same institution. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.
