MTN Nigeria has rewarded the winners of 'The Gathering on 100 Pitchanthon' with N5 million, recognizing emerging entrepreneurs in Aba, Abia State. The event took place at the Prime Time Event Centre, Osisioma Junction, Aba, where participants showcased and explained the societal impact of their products.
The N5 million prize was distributed among the winners: N2.5 million for the first position, N1.5 million for the second, and N1 million for the third. Trashverse Recycling Technology Limited claimed the first prize, U.D Trend Global Limited secured the second position, and Yadah Food Limited won the third prize.
Onyebuchi Ukwuegbo from MTN congratulated the winners and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence and uplifting others. She also thanked the audience for attending despite their busy schedules.
After the announcement, the Chief Executive Officer of Trashverse Recycling Technology Limited, Mr. Charles Ikechukwu, expressed gratitude to the organizers and described the prize as significant. He stated that the prize money would enable his company to create a greater impact in society and urged young people to seek solutions to societal problems.
