Strong Financial Growth and Income Distribution
In the full year of 2025, UCIF recorded total income of ₦3.06 billion, marking a significant 54.5% year-on-year increase. Sustainability and Zero Non-Performing Loans
UCIF continues to prioritize sustainable infrastructure projects that align with environmental and social goals, such as reducing carbon emissions, expanding access to reliable energy, and promoting circular economy practices. Notably, the fund maintains a zero non-performing loan portfolio, underscoring its disciplined investment approach and risk management strategies.
