New Leadership for KSM Nigeria's Lagos Metropolitan Council
The Lagos Metropolitan Council of the Order of Knight of St Mulumba Nigeria has ushered in a new era of leadership with the election of officers who will guide the Catholic organization for the next four years. The council has immediately called upon the newly elected members to prioritize unity and commitment as essential tools for advancing the mission and vision of the prestigious Order.

The electoral process, which took place on October 25, 2025, resulted in the appointment of a full slate of officers. Leading the council as the Metropolitan Grand Knight (MGK) is Sir Nosa Ehigiator. He will be deputized by Sir Benji Ofodile as the Deputy Metropolitan Grand Knight (DMGK).
The other key officers elected include Sir Michael Olofinlade as Secretary, Sir Charles Mbama as Advocate, WBro. Charles Nmarkwe as Chancellor, and Sir Lawrence Ojemen as Treasurer. Completing the executive team are Sir Benedict Osilaja as Financial Secretary, WBro. Andrew Isichei as Auditor, Sir Emmanuel Isikaku as Warden, Sir Patrick Falola as Physician, Sir Bidwell Okere as Public Relations Officer, and WBro. Solomon Adenubi as Assistant Secretary.
A Credible Process and a Vision for the Future
The election was conducted with high-level oversight. Rev. Fr. Kenneth Jerome Mereh, the Assistant Metro Chaplain, officiated the proceedings under the watchful supervision of the Supreme Secretary, Sir Dan Egwu. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed leaders including the Worthy Supreme Knight, Sir Dr Charles Mbelede, and the Supreme Treasurer, Sir Patrick Ekwenta.
In his acceptance speech, the newly installed Metropolitan Grand Knight, Sir Nosa Ehigiator, expressed profound gratitude for the confidence placed in him and his team. He reaffirmed their collective dedication to serving the Order faithfully. Paying tribute to the outgoing executives, Ehigiator commended their selfless service and significant contributions, stating, "We are, because you were."
He emphasized the critical need to maintain the Order on a steady growth trajectory, ensuring a stronger foundation for the next phase of KSM's development within the Lagos Metropolitan Council. This new leadership is poised to build upon past successes and steer the organization toward greater heights.
