Background and Previous Recruitment Initiatives

This recruitment exercise follows previous government efforts to enhance public service delivery. For instance, the federal government recently commenced a recruitment process for National Health Fellows as part of initiatives to build a pipeline of young professionals capable of strengthening healthcare delivery across the country. That programme seeks to mobilise and prepare emerging medical and public health talents to support reforms within the primary healthcare system, particularly in underserved rural communities.

The current recruitment for Technical Facilitators represents a continued focus on capacity-building in critical sectors, aligning with national priorities under the Renewed Hope Agenda to foster economic growth and development through improved education and skills training.
