Despite initial doubts and the temptation to switch to Law at Ahmadu Bello University, she chose to remain at Adeleke University, a decision she says she does not regret.

A Promise Made in Secondary School

In her LinkedIn post, Racheal recalled making a promise to God during her secondary school days while preparing for her O'level examinations. She vowed to shout 100 hallelujahs, observe a thanksgiving fast, and make a monetary offering to the church if she passed. When her results turned out well, she fulfilled her promise by standing at the gate and shouting hallelujahs, with a friend counting until she reached 100.

She described her academic journey as one filled with challenges, but she remained steadfast in her faith. "I came through mountains higher than that, but the Lord was consistent in His wins," she wrote. Her perseverance paid off as she now holds an M.A. degree in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan, with distinction. She has set her sights on pursuing a PhD next.
