Wellington College International Lagos has announced the appointment of Christine Haslett as its Founding Headmaster, effective August 1, 2026. This appointment marks a significant milestone as the school progresses toward its opening in September 2027, ensuring experienced leadership during this formative stage of development.

She played a key leadership role in establishing Wellington College Independent School Jakarta, contributing to the development of its academic, pastoral, and organizational foundations. Her leadership approach combines strategic clarity with a strong commitment to pastoral care, community building, and academic excellence.
