High Chief Sheriff Mulade, who was recently elected as the National Treasurer of the Ijaw National Congress (INC), received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Relations. At the same ceremony, his son, David Sheriff Mulade, aged 24, earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mass Communication.
