A distinguished scholar of Public Administration, Prof. EhiyamenMediayanose Osezua, is set to deliver the 11th Inaugural Lecture of Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH), Okitipupa, Ondo State. The lecture, titled "Governing Without Results: Public Administration, Leadership And Institutional Failure In Nigeria. Quo Vadis," will be chaired by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Temi E. Ologunorisa, and is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. today, May 5, 2026, at the institution's main auditorium.

Prof. Osezua is one of Nigeria's most accomplished academics, with a career that embodies scholarship, leadership, public service, and institutional transformation. He is a professor in the Department of Public Administration, School of Management Sciences, and a leading scholar on Higher Education and Conflict Management.
