Convicted Nollywood actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, has offered advice to his male colleagues on how to handle female fans who approach them for photographs or greetings. Speaking on the matter, Omiyinka urged male entertainers to take a precautionary step before engaging with female admirers.
“Anytime a female fan approaches you, the first step should be to ask if she is an adult,” Omiyinka advised. He emphasized that this measure is crucial to prevent male celebrities from inadvertently becoming involved in legal issues related to sexual assault or harassment.
Omiyinka is currently serving a prison sentence following his high-profile conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. His remarks come as a cautionary tale for others in the entertainment industry.
